Hi, I show a lot of apts in Bronxville and the values range greatly. The most important factors will be location, condition, and of course size. At the moment, there are about 3 one bedroom units for sale on Palmer (3) in your building, and the range from $105k-165K. The most recent sales in your area were a one bedroom 850 sq ft for $119k, a one bedroom 780 sq ft for $90k (wasn't updated at all), a one bedroom 858 sq ft for $114k (this one was updated). So without seeing your unit, I would say you are looking at a listing range of $110k-$120k. Keep in mind the sold units are what you use to determine your listing price.

In order to determine worth review comps with your agent, recently sold similar properties in the immediate area, see what the data suggests and go from there; much will depend on exact location, amenities, condition, etc.

Much of what a buyer will pay for a co-op apartment will depend upon the menities, condition brightnes,staging age of kitchen and baths, etc.

The size and location can only give a range of prices. For what you described in the area of the apartment you to which chose to refer would from $100K to $170K.

we have a new bathroom and kitchen.we are on the top floor with a magnificent view,and new air conditioning.commuting is so easy especially NYC and the shopping is great.
