John Chinese Drywall is a huge issue.

You need to contact the listing agent directly. I would have no way of being able to answer this unless I had been in the house. Even then, I am not a home inspecter. Or maybe it is real obvious with the rotten egg small when you walk in.

The listing agent thru being in the home and having the sellers property disclosure is your best source.

John, you need to get the answer to that question from the Rutenberg Realty that is listing this property. Chinese
Drywall was used between 2003 and 2007 and Rutenberg is the builder. The can give you that answer the fastest and cheapest way. If they don't, I would look elsewhere.
