The price is accurate...for a leased property, being leased for 22,000 per month. That price would be a steal for Beverly Hills. Sometimes there are foreclosures in Beverly Hills though, I have seen several.

Hi Cecille,

That is the lease price per month...apparently there a several lease listings showing up in Beverly Hills, and it's creating confusion for people looking on Trulia. I'd buy it too if that were the sale price :-)
