Since the property is listed with a real estate company, it would not be appropriate for you to contact the seller directly. You should have your agent inquire for you, or you can contact the listing agent. Most buyers prefer to have their own agent represent them. In this case you would select a 'buyer's agent' to show you properties, advise you during contract negotiation, etc. When you select an agent, you will be asked to sign a contract. Be sure you understand the terms of the buyer broker agreement.
