This home is being offered for sale, not rent. Current tenant leaves at the end of the year, December 30th. If you want to rent it from January, you might want to contact the sales agent and express interest in renting so that whoever may be interested to buy it knows there is a tenant willing to rent it. Of course the tenant already in situ may also be hoping to stay after the home is sold as well, so I recommend you talk to the sales agent to explore possibilities. If you need any more information, feel free to contact me, or use our website to search for homes for sale and rent. Good Luck!
