Dear Reuben:

This property, in Huntington at Miramar, is currently under contract. There is a possibility that it may not close and may come back on the market. It has been under contract since the end of February and I would imagine that it is due to close at any time now, but in the case of foreclosures and the way banks are today, we never know.

If you would like me to help you find something similar in this are, please don't hesitate to contact me. I would also be happy to keep an eye on this property for you so that if the status changes (it closes, or comes back onto the market), I will be able to notify you.

Either way, I wish you the best in your property search,

Very truly,
