Leroy,

Thanks for staying in contact, parker is available, may I ask where and when your pre approval is being done. It is best to have your package together, so that you can move quickly on something that you want. Is there a Mrs. Leroy? And any little Leroy's?

Lots of opportunity to find the right place for you can contact me through email or my number is 760 390 2393. Showed several homes this week in the area.

Hi Leroy,

Diane is correct. However, keep your eyes open for this home, as today more than ever, properties are falling out of escrow.

As this was a bank owned home and sold within a week of being listed, it probably had multiple offers. You may find with a VA loan, it will be tough to compete in this kind of situation. Make sure you hire a buyer's agent who is familiar with VA loans and with the intricacies of foreclosed homes and short sales as it can sometimes be a bit frustrating.

Hi Leroy,

It has been in escrow since Feb. 4th. There are others that are similar in the back gate area. Get your approval done and you are ready to shop. Good luck!

Hi Leroy,

Bank-owned homes in many cases sell very quickly. Keep an eye out, sometimes they fall out of escrow and become available once again. A good agent can help you watch for this so you will know right away if it becomes available.

Thanks!
