With a 12 month inventory the neighborhood remains a buyers market and there are some tremendous opportunities out there. Yes, this community, Mirabella, has an HOA. This home is the Sedona neighborhood which are the larger lots and some of the larger homes in Mirabella. The HOA is paid quarterly and, depending upon the lot/home, is approximately $365-$395 per month. It is a manned-gated community and has a great clubhouse, fitness center, pool, etc.
