Aloha,

There is no 4 wheel drive needed for this property. The sunny days right now are dictated by the VOG which can be thick in this area. I went to Hilo the other day and the VOG was so very thick I had to leave and head back to Ka'u because I felt really nervous for my pregnant wife. I really don't think there is MUCH crime. Right now I think the best area to have the least amount of VOG is Ka'u. Mark Twain Estates, Discovery Harbour, Green Sand. I live in Mark Twain and on most days we have clear skies and little to zero VOG. I am thankful we ended up here where the weather is just perfect and the VOG seems to pass right behind us. Have a pregnant wife and two other children this is something that has weighed heavy on my mind but I feel safe here. Check out my webpage for information on the areas I suggested and see if those would suit you. http://www.patrickjlambert.com
