There is no mention of a possible lease purchase option. The home has been on the market for 222 days. They had it listed with a different agent last year until December and then relisted it with the present agent and has been with them for only 39 days. The only way to know is if you have a buyer's agent ask them to ask the listing agent. Sometimes I have found that homes that have been on the market for awhile might be open to consider the lease/purchase option. Usually though these are homes that are already vacated and the seller is already living somewhere else.
