That property is indeed bank owned. However, the bank has not put it up for sale yet. I'm not really sure where the $ 329,152 price tag is coming from, as it was taken back by the bank for $ 641,700 in July, which is approaching the values typical of that neighborhood. If you send me your information, I will be more than happy to update you when it comes available, or I can help you locate another property that you may find more suitable. jarod@jarodshomepage.com.

I don't show any homes currently for sale on Clermon Ct. currently.
The foreclosure process can take anywhere from a few days to a couple of years before these come on the market.
In this neighborhood though the prices will likely be about double that you see in this link.
If there is no address they're typically not really for sale.

You can see homes actually for sale in Colleyville today at this link:

It is not publicly for sale by a bank YET. It looks like it is in the midst of foreclosure process. The home was listed for a year and a half as a short sale for 650K. Then, the listing was canceled and generally that is an indication that the listing was manually pulled from the system in July of 2012. (Very likely it was when it actually went into foreclosure.) Long story short, watch for it. this means that the bank is going through its process (no telling how long this could take) and it will probably come back on the market soon as a bank owned foreclosure (REO) property. Contact me if you want me to set up a link for you to watch it and be notified when the status changes. Hope this helps! :-) (you can also search foreclosures here: http://www.msinclair.remaxtexas.com/remaxtx/index.asp?p=find…)

Patelmark that home is not currently listed for sale. It seems that it might come back on the mls as a bank owned property. If you send me your email address I can set up an mls search to notify both of us when it does! take care. Amy Steele. http://Www.steeleofalifetime.com. steeleofalifetime@gmail.com
