Yes the building is pet friendly, meaning 1 cat or 3 cats are acceptable. I don't know if you have been in the building its beautiful....I hope my answer was helpful. Wish you the best! Jeannette Batsikas

Yes, the building allows pets. There are currently two co-ops available: a studio for $400,000 and a 1-BR for $545,000. I can tell you that unless this is a cash deal, you will have difficulty getting a mortgage in this building. That is because there are too many units owned by one entity than current Fannie Mae guidelines allow. Banks are not lending on this building.
I hope you are not searching on your own. It is critical you use a skilled, experienced agent to work with you as your buyer's agent. Reasons such as the one I cited above can cost you time, money and aggravation. A great buyer's agent will know these things.
