Hi Sandie,

This is a duplex . It sold in 2011 to the bank for $992,286 and before that in 2004 for $1,320,000. Recently (3/30/2012) it was leased for $5,500/month as a 2 bed home with a detached 1 bed 1 bath guest house. Here's the description from the last lease listing:

Fully remodeled with hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Lots of windows so it's airy and bright. A shared Full bathroom between the 2 bedrooms in the main house. Patio between the main house and the guest house, which is located above the garage. Guest House is fully remodeled with Hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, small yet efficient kitchen with everything you need. Three car garage, and owner prefers to rent furnished as is.
