Thank you for the laugh. A wonder how many purchase offers a 4 bedroom home offered for sale at $4800 would get?

It looks like a mistake was made and it was posted under for sale rather than for rent. Even though a multiple listing service number is shown it doesn't appear to be on the MLS.
