I've done five sides of the deals in Fairwinds & brought many of the other buyers into the community in the last couple yrs.
I just touched base with a client yesterday that I sold a great unit ( for 187,000.00 approximately a year ago) in there. I heard that Betty was upset about something that she wanted to do --but the HOA told her no. I CALLED Betty IMMEDIATELY! She said, and I quote becuase I know her well enough to do so " GAIL WE COULDN"T BE HAPPIER WITH OUR UNIT, IT"S LOCATION. AND WE DEFINATELY HAVE NO PLANS TO SELL I DON"T KNOW WHERE YOU HEARD THAT!"

This complex is a bicycle ride from our home and one we are very familiar with. It is indeed a 55+ community and located very convienently near the Nokimis Beach and the public boat launce. "Some" of the properties in Fairwinds offer a deeded boat dock. The community is situated nicely on a very navagable canal with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico. There is one fixed bridge to the intra coastal waterway and located about 7-8 minutes to the Gulf.

Yes, this is a 55+ comminuty. It's located in Fairwinds Village in Nokomis. It also offers a heated pool, fishing pier, and is maintenence free. There is a quarterly HOA fee of $1416 on this property as well.
