I tried contacting the agent. The phone number is somewhere in the Midwest and doesn't appear to be valid. This listing should be removed in about 24 hours. I asked Trulia to remove it.

I recommend contacting a rental agency and/or Realtor so that you don't get put into a bad situation.

It's best to call an agent and arrange a private time to see a home. Open houses are mainly younger agents attempting to pick up clients and only the best ones can actually show you the features of the home. At all my open houses I concentrate on actually selling the home by knowing the home forward and backward, but not everyone takes this approach. If I have a guest agent show it, I give them all the info I have and ask them to present it as their listing.

Another point is that only %5 of the available inventory is open on any given weekend. This does not give you a very good feeling for the other units you should be considering.
