Hello Stamfordmike1,

The property at 2080 James Farm Road in Stratford contains 1.35 acres. However, the Town of Stratford owns the wooded area next to the property called the James Farm Road Open Space which is on the east side of James Farm road between Cranberry Pond and just north of Leo Lane. If you have other questions about this property or Stratford in general, please feel free to contact me and I will be glad to help.

Thanks,
Dahlia Madison
