The transfer amount was the dollar amount recorded when the lender took actual ownership of the property. A typical sheriff sale will require a $100 minimum bid to purchase. Lenders will bid the $100 in order to maintain legal ownership. The selling price will be the minimum they will accept or the best offer above it.

Lenders don't often do repairs, so the property should be 1st viewed "as is", until and unless you can make a strong argument to the contrary. You may still get it "as is" but at a lower price.

Hello Jacquelina,
Thanks for your question.
If you are referring about 79 Marshal Ln Willingboro that home is listed at $100,000 and it is being sold in "As Is condition"
43 Marshal Ln is listed for $167,500.
This are the 2 homes that appear on the market as of now in the Multiple Listing Service.
Let me know if you have any other questions.
