The asking rental price may be negotiable if the landlord has not had a lot of showing activity and /or if it's been on the market for awhile. I suggest that you contact the agent at the bottom of the listing page to inquire more about it.

it is always possible to put an offer in less than the asking price. The rental market right now is faster than it previously was a few months ago. If someone has good income and strong credit in order they look up on that more favorably and consider a lower offer. I would be happy to meet with you and discuss this rental property.
