6798 297th Ave N CLEARWATER, FL 33761-1617 in Curlew City is still in the Seller's name. The bank has not recorded a lien as of yet. Foreclosure is the process of the bank taking back a property. Filing the lien is the first major step, which has not been done at this time. It could take anywhere between 90 days to 3 years.
