As you have seen by responses to your other requests, you need to hook up with a Realtor who can show you active listings. If it has the RealtyTrac logo, it's not a real listing and not available to see.

We do not have your email address, so we can only respond to you in this forum.

A pre-foreclosure property, or one with a notice of default, is one where the owner has not paid their mortgage for a period of time. I know of people who would get a notice of default if they were 2 days late with their mortgage payment. So it could just be a situation where the owner was late - not that the bank has taken or will take over the house.

In this case, t
he owner still owns it, and can still make everything right. So this home is not on the open market at this time. That is not to say that it is not for sale though. You need to find an agent willing to represent you and negotiate for you, to whom you will be loyal for the months ahead. There are things that a good agent can do to help answer your questions and clarify whether or not this house might be for sale. But this one is not listed for sale, and most houses with notices of default end up settled between the owner and bank.

Working with a good agent can get these questions answered, can get you first in line with many properties, and can make sure you get the home that is right for you. Your agent should work FOR you, tell you everything they are doing to get you the house you want, and fully explain the differences among the properties that you see online.

Good luck!

This property is not on the market. If you look closely you will see that it is in pre-foreclosure and it has a notice of default on it. The owner still has many options, but it is not on the market at this time.
