As one of my colleagues stated the HOA is a quarterly charge. In additiion to having satellite pools in each area of Indian Springs, there is a country club that you can join if you choose. There is a one time buy-in of between $6000 and $7000 and then there are annual membership fees that vary depending on the type of membership. The club has several golf courses if golf is what you are interested in.

Property taxes depend on the Appraised value of the property. This value is determined by the Property Appraiser for the county.

If you would like to see this property or others that appeal to you get in touch with me.

MWolfe,

The HOA fee is a combination of the community of The Estates and Indian Spring Master Association which is paid monthly @ $395. Indian Spring is a country club community. All with the exception of 2 communities are non mandatory membership which is a added bonus for the 55 plus demographics. I do most of my business within Indian Spring communities approximately 24 communities encompassed in 4 manned gated sections and 2 non manned gated sections. I have been inside this home a couple of times and would welcome the opportunity to take you. Call me with any questions regarding Indian Spring or any other community.

Warm Regards,

This single family home in Boynton Beach has a quarterly fee of $395. As for taxes, you will find that they are never included in HOA or condo fees. Taxes are always paid seaprately by the owner.

Homeowners insurance and roof care are expenses that may be covered by your monthly or quarterly fees. For example:

If you purchase a Boynton Beach home in a community that is governed by an HOA, you will also, in almost all cases, be responsible for the wind insurance on your dwelling and coverage of your own roof.

If you purchase a home in Boynton that is governed by a condominium, then your wind insurance will be included within the condo fees. Roof coverage is also included, except in very rare cases.

This property is in Indian Springs in Boynton Beach and appears to be in very good condition. $395 is per QUARTER, not per month, but you have the option to join the country club for between $6000 and $7000 one-time fee and annual dues. Property taxes will be 1.87% of your purchase price.

If you would like to see this property I will be happy to meet you there and show it to you. Email or call me and let me know when you would like to see it.
