Hi Daniel, It is an auction house and it will probably go for closer to 200k. I looked at comparables and the lowest one is $189k in the link below which is available. There were only 2 comparable to it and near 200k and over. I don't know what price your looking for by asking about the 59k price but here is a link for homes in Riverside 3bd+ 2ba+ up to $200k. If you are interested in 200k+ let me know and I can run those and email them to you.
The price wil be a lot higher than $59K, probably closer to 200k by my estimates because it was $650k in 2005 and then $250k in 2011 It is a 3/3 2,850sf 1acre lot.

This is part of an online auction. The Starting bid is $59,999 and ends in 5 days. The property is occupied and the occupant is not to be distrubed. Strick warning was given. I know this was on the market as a short sale but expired. The bank has owned it since November 2011. And are just now selling it on auction. Subject to the existing occupant.

You would have to do you own eviction.
