It says it was sold in 2006 as land, but I can't find the agent with that number.

Looks to be a cell number.
I will try and see if I can find the agent who had the listing before and see what they say.

It has a number for Sun Vista Homes 512-807-8133. I called and left a message but there was no voice mail greeting. The property almost looks abandoned? I called the Buda City Hall for info and left my number with them.

Looks like the homes listing expired last April 08. Not sure what is going on with the home. It is not listed by an agent.
Maybe the builder has gone under.
Does the sign have a website address?
