That's right, the listing says that it's a first floor unit. Judith, maybe you can answer his/her question of whether dogs are allowed or not.

this is not a second floor unit--it is a first floor garden apartment--I am an agent who has listed the property

The best thing you can do is find a Realtor to work with you and he/she can find out all the info about the rules and regulations of the community. This one in particular is a 2nd floor unit and there is a $70K mandatory membership, HOA is approx $460/month.

Most condo associations are not in favor of having pets around, but your Boca Raton realtor will be able to find one for you. However, that realtor will not be able to find a condo for you at prices that compare to those in Boca West.

Homes in Boca Raton country clubs have fallen precipitously in value, and condos have fared even worse than single family homes.

For people who are searching for a country club lifestyle and expect to pay the attendant expenses, Boca West is a wonderful place to live.

However, if you're searching for a standard Boca Raton home or a Boca Raton condo, expect to pay a higher price.

Hi rn30ph,

This development does not allow pets. It is in Boca West and requires membership equity. If you are interested in a condo in Boca in that price range that allows pets with no membership equity required, I can help you find one!

You can contact me at Keyes Real Estate, 561-869-5800 or visit my web at http://www.CindyManiscalco.Keyes.com to search for property.

Thank you and have a great day!

Hi, M30ph,
This condo is located in the gated country club community of Boca West, which requires all property owners to purchase a country club membership, usually in the range of $50,000. Call me (561)827-6789 or E-mail me at : Julier6789@gmail.com or see all listings at: http://www.BUY-SELL-RENT-FLORIDA.com for similar condos in pet-friendly communities. Hi,

First of all is the fact that this community has a mandatory membership fee of $70k. Are you looking for something in a country club with a mandatory membership?

Second, unfortunately they do not allow pets in the community.

If I can be of further service please contact me directly.
