This unit was for sale. However the listing was cancelled. Why? Records show owner was in default.

The landlord has chosen to not allow pets in their dwelling. MLS says: "No smokers and no pets, thank you." -- Pets tend to damage property over time, so the landlord would rather have a no pets policy, rather than a pet deposit policy. If you have pets, you will want to choose an alternative rental or get pre-qualified to buy your own home, as mortgages are low and down payments as low as 1/2 of 1 percent (.5%!!) :-)
