Get a structural engineer to evaluate the problem and fix it.
No house is without problems and despite what was previousy said, I believe that two years later you cannot sue the inspector or the previous homeowner for defects after you take possession of the house especially 2 years later.

if house is less than 10years old, you might have a builder's warranty. otherwise, you are on your own. most likely, your instector's report will have too many waivers

What is the problem? How old is the home? Need to know more information before I can suggest a course of action.

Hi,
How's everything going? That is definetely worse case scenario. Did you get a home inspection before you bought it? You might be able to sue the previous owner's for not disclosing the problem, or the home inspector.
