For your convenience, I've researched this property and found:

Auction: Bank Owned Foreclosed Home
This Bank Owned Foreclosed Home is a great investor opportunity. It is tenant occupied and buyer assumes responsibility of occupancy. The property will be sold "As Is, Where Is" at auction on Wednesday, August 29 at http://www.Auction.com. The price displayed is the Starting Bid amount of $19000.00. For more info including Open House dates and to register to bid, visit Auction.com.

I have been to many of the auctions put on by auctions.com and there is a criteria you must follow. If you are interested, please contact me for further information.

A house or a townhouse CASH will be the same as financed, the only difference is it will take you less time to close and get the keys. Cash only makes a significant difference when there are multiple offers, because the seller often goes for the cash deal when they both are offering about the same amount. Was this answer helpful?
