Hello Mr. Phillips,

The best answer to this question is that every seller is different. It really depends on their personal circumstances as to whether of not they can afford to pay some of your costs. If the seller is motivated and is able then they will often negotiate until you have both reached an agreement.

Whenever you are purchasing a home, everything in the contract offer is up for negotiation.
