This property was for sale last summer, and expired unsold. It may have foreclosed since then, but according to the city's assessment data, the property is still owned by an individual (an estate, actually) and not a lender.

I searched the local MLS for active listings nothing at 662 W Hollis St , so I did a sold search and it say 662 West Hollis sold in 2006 for 230K,
