The reason that there is no price listed is because the house is not for sale.

If you are serious about buying a home you should align yourself with a local Realtor who is knowledgable about your market.

Hi...my name is Sandra with Nathan Grace Real Estate.
As great as Trulia can be for listings just know that sometimes you'll come across a place that was sold or had been rented awhile ago. I recommend to cross reference it with another website or the easiest can be to use an agent to help eliminate finding properties that don't exist for purchase or for rent anymore.
I work as a team with my husband Olivier and we would to assist you on a customized property search sent to your email. You can also use the link below to do a search as well, I promise this is more accurate :-)

According to the tax information, it was purchased in 2003 for $106,500. My research does not show a current list price. I will send you more information if you will send me an email address.
