Be careful this appears to be a scam listing. The condo rentals are twice that amount. You may consider qualifying to buy from a minimum 580 fico score and 3.5% down or as low as half percent down payment program. You may qualify to buy with minimum out of pocket expenses and pay less than rent in many cities. It only takes a few dozen questions to qualify you in minutes and go over your options.
