The rent roll for this property is $1700 a month--the first floor unit rents for $800, the second floor unit for $900. Neither has a lease. That information is confidential as it include the occupants details, this would normally be turned over at the time of purchase, the income status stands alone until the "rent roll" is transferred by ownership.
