Hi Patrick. The above address is for the golf clubhouse at Trilogy, per the Pinal County tax records.
I clicked the link you provided, and it looks like a legit home, but it is not to be found on county records OR the MLS at all. Sometimes this happens with Trulia, and I'm not exactly sure why.
