Because that's what is OWED on the house in default payments. It is NOT a sale price per se. This house is probably not for sale, nor may it EVER be. Realty Trak pulls notices of foreclosures from public records and makes you pay for additional info on those homes and others. They do however post a disclaimer.

If you read the description it says :
Notice of Default. This property has started the foreclosure process because a loan secured by the property is in default. The borrower/homeowner still has the opportunity to stop the foreclosure by catching up on defaulted payments or paying off the entire loan balance usually by refinancing or selling the property.
