What year is the manufactured home? Is it a double wide?

It absolutely must be fastened to a permanent lo, not a leased lot.
Fairly new Mobile Homes/Manufactured Housing might qualify for a few lenders.
If there is an existing property with any age, many owners may hold the mortgage.
I have bought and sold them that way myself. 321-537-4721

If it is a Premanufactured Home, comes in a triler or two and gets placed on a foundation, then TRUSTCO Bank in FLorida will give a loan. If it is a mobil home, with it's own wheels attached, then you fewer chances of finding a lender. Maybe a small community bank or a credit union may be more willing to help. If you own a home, you can get an equity line and use that for the purchase. Was this answer helpful? If so please click on the "green thumbs up" or the "best answer".

It's tough unless fairly new and preferably on owned land.
