Unless the current owner cures the default or requests a short sale,etc. this home will sell and become a bank owned home in a month or two ( or three or four.......).
The County Recorders Office will have the info you need re: the property in question. As it is a Bank Owned property aka REO, they will assign the property to one of their co-op Brokers to list and sell the property. If you wish, once the property becomes available I can send you the listing information via email. Just let me know...
