Temploperdido, The property of interest is not for sale. The loan amount depicted has nothing to do with what the property could be purchased for.

There are two subdivisions in this zip code Twelve Oaks and Town N Country Park. Both have Greenshire in them. The purchase prices range from the mid 100s to 300s.

You would have to clarify which subdivsion you prefer. Regardless, there are no homes currently for sale in either one.

Realty trac does not list properties. They only provide public record information so the property may or may not be available. Contact a realtor who may give you real listings that are currently available.

This house has not yet gone into foreclosure. The price listed is explained in the following paragraph.
"The estimated original principal balance of the loan in default. The foreclosing lender is seeking to recoup the balance still owed on this loan by foreclosing on the property. In a normal appreciating market, the lender will typically require the borrower to pay off the full amount of the loan still owed when selling the property, but in a declining market the lender may be willing to allow the borrower to sell for less than the loan balance (short sale). Most likely, this loan is in first position, meaning that other loans secured by the property will be cleared from the property's title once the foreclosure is completed; however, there may be some other loans and liens, such as property tax liens, that are not cleared by the foreclosure and would be the responsibility of any buyer at the foreclosure auction."

The only listing on Greenshire Dr. is 8004. It is currently active with contract. This means the owner has signed and the property is under contract. They are currently taking back ups as this is a short sale and is contingent on the bank(s) approval. We can place an offer if you wish and see what happens, or I suggest looking for another property. I would be happy to help you, please let me know if I can.
