Hi Pepperand 7,
Just like everyone else has suggested, let's go look at the house! That is the best way to know whether this floor plan is for you or not.
You can also go to my website at and pull up the public MLS from my site.
Hope this helps,

Hi there!

What are you looking for in a written lay out? Square footage of each room, where the rooms are located? The MLS might offer you the best option and you can register to get information on this and other properties in the area through my web site at

Of course, the very best way to find out about a property is to give it a look --- I would be glad to arrange a time for you to look at this and similar properties. Would love to meet with you, learn what your need and expectations are and share with you what I bring to the table as YOUR agent.

You can find out about why you are important to me and why I want to be your agent by visiting my Trulia Blog…

Please let me know when I can be of service --- I'm here to help : )

Go to the Washoe County Website. Insert the property address or parcel number, then go to the parcel section. There they will have a floor plan (in most cases). If you have trouble, send me an email.

Best way is to look in person. I can show you this property to get a feel of the lay out and see if it works for you.
