Realty Trac is a membership company they charge a fee to see any of their properties. So far in my career I have not seen a legitimate REO or other house for $1,000. So I would check them out closley.

That's not a real deal. Try working with an agent as there are many scams out there. An agent can cut through the nonsense and get to the real deals. If something seems too good to be true; it usually is.

When looking at RealtyTrac ads, keep in mind that not all the imformation may be accurate, nor updated. Some of those properties may not be for sale yet, and some may never be if the default is satisfied by the owner. If interested in foreclosures, work with an agent of your own, as most do end up being listed by a broker.
