Hi Krista,

The photos are bogus. The ad is bogus. If you know Philadelphia, you know that you will never find a 3BR apt that looks like the photos in RITTENHOUSE SQUARE for $700 per month rent.

You can't even find an old dated 1BR apt in that area for $700 per month.

Beware of these fraudulent ads. They are usually posted by dataminers looking to get your e-mail address and personal info to sell to other marketers or sometimes, even worse, steal an identity for bank and credit card fraud purposes.

When you are looking for Real Estate to buy or rent, always find yourself a good Realtor to work with.

I've found that in real estate, f it's too good to be true, then it's a scam.

This happens more often than we would like. I had a client come to me and tell me she saw a property we were looking at for $1100 on Craigslist for $800. The scammer copied the agent's ad, removed the legit contact info and changed the price.

Please use our link below for more MLS ACCURATE searches, that has an improved REAL TIME update status with the PA MLS. Once the Home is recorded in the MLS that it is under contact, then.... within a very short time, it gets removed from my site ( see link reference below)......

It's a garbage posting. That sometimes happens with Trulia.

I would agree! This kind of unit is worth at least 3 times the listed price!
