Babs3752,

What is your motivation for doing this and where are you trying to submit them. If you are selling your home your realtor can take care of this. If you are not doing a real estate transaction, why does it matter about your photos. Please let us know. We get this question here from time to time and it is puzzling to know how to answer.

Are you listing you home for sale? If so, your agent will handle the photos. Based on the link provided, this property has sold and this is just a public record listing. If you're wanting to update photos of the public record....my question is why?? Most people want to preserve their privacy and not show the world how great their house is. (I.e criminals who may want to steal your nice electronics and furniture....or scammers who want to falsely advertise your place for rent) If you must, you can "claim" your house and make changes that way. But Most people want to remove photos of the interior.

Where are you trying to submit the photos too? Some sites will allow you to set up an account and upload yourself. Other sites can only feed through an MLS listing.

If you have more questions or need more assistance, feel free to contact me.

Good Luck,

Is your home presently Listed with a Broker. If not, call us and we would be glad to help
with proper photography of your home; thought provoking photos which highlight the best
features. If it is Listed with a Broker, ask them to re-photograph your property and submit
the updated photos to Metrolist. This can be accomplished by uploading the photos on
your's or the Realtor's computer, then e-mailing them as an attachment to the attention of
a tech at Metrolist, inc.

We sometimes employ a professional photographer to shoot a particular property for a
layout in Luxury Homes magazine and then pick 10 to 12 of the photos for publication
in the Metrolist data base. We have shot several homes at twilight with all inside and
outside lights on for a very special effect. Great photos make a big difference and will
generate more interest in the property than a lot of flowery copy. Good luck and feel
free to call for more suggestions !

Sincerely,

Hi Barbara,

Are you interested in re-listing your house for sale? With the market the way it's going, well-priced homes have been going under contract in a matter of days. We can arrange a new set of pictures and have them loaded up for you here and all over the internet, if you'd like.

Feel free to send us an email, text or call if you'd like to chat.

Thanks!
Tony & Karen
