Most information is available via public records. The 2012 tax bill has not been recorded as paid. The account is not considered delinquent as there is still time remaining for current payment. Since the owner is responsible for paying tax bill directly, one could assume there is no mortgage company involved with the property. A lien search is best conducted by a title company. Please let me know if I can be of further assistance with this home or any other property in Central Florida.

This property has been withdrawn from the market and does not appear to be for sale at this time. There are are a few other homes in the neighborhood that are actively for sale. It would be best to work with a local Realtor who could help you find a home that fits your needs and guide you through the home purchase process protecting your interests.

When you have a property under contract, the title company will research the mortgage holders, if there are any, insure that taxes and other expenses are paid and that there are no unexpected liens on the property. If you are curious about a particular property, the Brevard County Tax Assessor's website and the County Clerk's website may have the information that you seek about any property in the county. To find out if the property is actually for sale at the present time, you can search the Brevard Multiple Listing Service.
