Hi Juli,
I am so sorry Juli, but this ad appears to be a scam. No single family home on Mercer Island will sell for $114,000 even for a forclosed home. In a forclosure, the bank always has a minimum bid, and when that bid does not come in for a home, they simple relist it in a later sale. A minimum lot value on 91st on Mercer Island will be in the 500s (maybe 400s if right on 40th). To my knowledge there is not a 2 bedroom/2bath home even on that street. Foreclosure are a great way to find a wonderful deal, there are not many on Mercer Island. Always remember buyer beware. I have experience in this area and will be happy to help you.

I haven't looked, but I'd suspect that's maybe a second that was foreclosing, and the amount owing on their debt. Assuming that's the case, even if you bought at the foreclosure sale for that amount, you'd still need to deal with any senior liens, such as a first position deed of trust.

Hi Juli - This home is not listed in the MLS right now - it is also highly unlikely that it will be at that price - I wish Trulia didn't allow these to be on the site because they aren't very realistic. This is a direct quote from them: "he estimated sale price is $114000" To me, that is not really advertising what the home will sell for and most likely it will go to auction - of course they also don't even give you the full address which should also be a big no no on Trulia because it is pretty vague.
I will keep an eye out for it if you like - it will most likely get to the MLS at some pint, but I wouldn't hold my breath that it will be in that price range. Sorry.
