Its always good to check out the house, see if it would work for both you and the pet, and then ask the landlord if they would make an exception. The home is currently active and ready for move in!

It is always best to check with the landlord directly to see whether an exception to the posting is an option. Often times the landlord will reconsider their position weighing the the size of the dog, it's training etc. and possible wear and tear on the property.

A quick call can settle this; additional options are available on my website: I'll be glad to assist you with your concerns finding the the best place for you and your pet.

Hi Sondra,
The owner of this house is allowing assistive animals only, which means they are not allowing pets. That being said, I'd be happy to assist with finding a rental home that will allow pets. Please contact me at so I can find out what you're looking for in a rental house. You can also do some looking in the MLS via my website at
Looking forward to hearing from you.

Hi Sondra, the listing states that the pet must be an Assistive Animal. From past experience, if your pets are well trained and you can show the Landlord that they are not going to damage their home, you have a good chance of getting approved.

What kind of pets do you have?

Send me a quick text or call me and I can help you with this process.

Pets are typically accepted with the landlord's approval. What is the type, breed, and weight of the pet(s) that you have and I can confirm for sure if the landlord will accept this animal.

Thanks and I hope to hear from you soon!
