Savannah Gardens . . . Amenities
All of the public infrastructure at Savannah Gardens is new. This means new pavement, new sidewalks, new water lines, new sewer lines, new storm sewer lines, and new parks. Savannah Gardens is also served by new underground electric and cable lines.
The very pedestrian and bicycle friendly Savannah Gardens has six parks, squares, and piazzas covering 5 acres. The parks, squares, and piazzas include three fenced playgrounds, two gazebos with picnic tables, drinking fountains, wide sidewalks, bike lanes, and plenty of mature and newly planted trees. The brick piazza crosses Pennsylvania Avenue and is the “town center” of Savannah Gardens. The piazza has a state of the art spray fountain for kids to splash in while parents sit nearby visiting and sipping a drink, eating ice cream, eating a sandwich, or reading a magazine from one of the shops the developer has planned for the piazza.

745 White Bluff Av is on a 1.7 Acre lot on a high bluff overlooking the marshes and tidal creeks of the Little Ogechee River and Hoover Creek. The home was custom built about 15 years ago and has a bright open floorplan of just under 3000 sq ft including 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths and a study that could be a 4th bedroom. The Master Bedroom and Study are on the opposite side of the living area from the other two bedrooms for privacy. The Master Bedroom suite includes a large walk-in closet, its own laundry room and bath with separate jacuzzi tub & shower. Built to take advantafe of the beautiful marshview, it was designed so that most rooms have a view as well as wrap around porches and deck on the river side. All amenities of this home are just for the owner and does not have the burdens of a gated community and shared amenities with associated charges and investments. Savannah is blessed with many waterways both fresh and salt water. The home is just down Coffee Bluff Rd from a city owned Marina with boat lift, fuel, boat slips, etc. Other recreation of every kind both private and public are in the area.
