Are you looking to fix a drywall home or buy one already completed?

The home had chinese drywall but has been remediated. It is a nice home but slightly overpriced. I work with investors that concentrate on purchasing and remediating chinese drywall homes. All of our home inventory is currently under contract but we have 3 more coming in the next couple of weeks. They all have 2000+ sq ft with stainless steel appliances, granite, 20 inch porcelan floors, rounded corners, and new pools. They are a big upgrade to the home you mentioned and 15K less.

If interested, please call or email.

The property has been remediated. ( meaning that the chinese dry wall was removed) I can check with permitting and see what has been done to receive this certification.

You would have the opportunity to have inspections done and see what is going on currently with the property.

Looks l ike a very nice home. There continue to be great opportunities to purchase wonderful homes here in SW FLorida. My website at http://www.gulfaccessrealty.com gives you the ability to search by map which i the best way to find what you are looking for.

Have a great day.

If you are looking at a remediated Chinese drywall home, be advised that there is no formal protocol for the procedure. There have been instances where contractors definitely did not go far enough and the risk of the home becoming contaminated again is great. Removing the drywall alone does not go far enough, electrical systems, HVAC and more need to be worked on as well. Here are some of the findings as related to Chinese drywall procedures. http://www.cpsc.gov/info/drywall/hud10068.html

If a property has had Chinese drywall and there is a claim that it has been remediated, I still recommend a home inspection to determine effective remediation

Says it's been remediated, trust but verify! I'd have it retested.
What attracts you to this home? In that price range you can get something that has never had CDW so you'll never have to disclose that in the future.

Only a home inspection from a reputable company can detremine if this property has Chinese drywall.

No, it looks like the house has been completely remediated, according to the listing. Meaning the house did have defective drywall at one time however has been removed/replaced. If you would like me to find out more information please let me know and I will look into it for you. you can email me at ISellFlorida@ymail.com

Thank you,
A.D.
