This property is located in Angelino Heights in Echo Park. Houses in this neighborhood are under HPZ, historical preservation zone. When you drive by there, it takes you back in time. It's a pleasant place.

Good luck.

Hello Tyler4571, I can email you information regarding the property? Are you in the market to buy and have been pre-approved? If not, You must be pre-approved to be able to submit offers on homes of your choice. It only takes a few dozen questions to qualify in minutes. Here are links to consider.

Good morning Tyler,
This home was purchased in 1977 and has not been listed since.
Have you driven by? Does it appear to be vacant/abandoned? If so, I'd be happy to check further.
Currently there are 31 homes available for sale in that zip. Theses range from $425,000 all the way to $1.5MM
Please feel free to give me a call or email me.
Best,

Hi Tyler,
This is what you call a Trulia teaser. If you are looking for a home, will be happy to help you find one that is active our Realtor MLS (a seller that wants to sell), it is no cost to you the seller pays the Realtor commissions. Is this cash or are you pre-approved for a loan? There is more to purchasing a home then just locating a piece of property, like knowing how write an offer, go through an escrow, and negotiatiing on your behalf. Oh, and looking up this information and comparables so you can make an informed desicion on writing an offer. I am sure your time is as valuable as ours!
