Hi Raymond!

They are all correct! Most Landlords and Banks will require a Credit Check. You can boost your score by paying your bills on time. If you had some negative activity on your report, then start today and pay your bills on time consistently for the next 12 months to 24 months to begin to prove you are credit worthy.

I work with lots of qualified Lenders who can help you with financing for your future real estate needs.

Please contact me in the near future!

There are very few landlords out there that require credit checks. It is a way of life these days, especially since they can be done rather quickly and give a fairly accurate snapshot of who you may be as a potential renter.

Forgive me. My first sentence should read: "There are very few landlords out there that DON'T require credit checks." What a difference 4 letters can make.

A credit check has become a way of life in day to day endeavors. Banks require one to decide on any loan application. Car and casuality insurance requires one to determine rate tier, I would imagine that employers wuld love to have one to make hiring decision. but they are most likely restricted from requiring one,. Buying a new financed car requires one. The reason is that interested parties would like to have some idea of how a person has handled financial responsibility etc

Almost all landlords or property management companies will require one in making any rental decision as a matter of good prudence in reviewing all applications.

If you were to find that one is not required it would be the exception rather then the rule.

Good Luck

Yes. Just about every rental listing requires a credit check.
