Manufactured homes are sometimes sold furnished, and other times they are not. I was unable to find the MLS details on this property today, but have emailed the listing agent requesting more information.
Often photos are taken of a property while furniture is still in the home, but this does not necessarily mean they are leaving it.
If the home is being sold furnished or turn-key, and you have no interest in the furniture, there are several ways that can be handled. An offer can be made excluding the furniture, and requesting its removal before closing, or you could sell the furniture yourself after you take ownership of the property.
I will post a more specific answer to your question after hearing back from the listing agent.
If you have any further questions on properties in the area and/or are looking for a real estate agent, we are always available!
